Great to help combat sickness!

Good for relaxing

I really enjoy the smell and it helps make my shower much more enjoyable. When I leave the steamer directly in the water stream it dissolves the steamer very quickly and I feel I do not get to enjoy the benefits for very long. I would recommend keeping it out of the water stream and just moving it into the water occasionally throughout the shower.
